I tried to dispute. They leave the chat to “look into your problem” but when the chat is dormant for too long it kicks u off and then u have to start all over again with anothet cust svc rep and go thru the whole story all over again
I gave up. Too frustrating. Took too much time and nothing got resolved 😡

they sented me the wrong item and aliexpress said after viewing the evidence they concluded thay the evidence was insufficient… when its clearly not the same item… bought a robo vacuum 500 gone … no refund as as advertised nothing… its a big scam… my best advise is if you do buy something there ..make sure its not something worth over 100 as their tools and electronics are all knock off.

I buy from them alot the best prices. Half crap on Amazon is on Aliexpress, just 100% to 500% cheaper
